Over the past decade, Tesla (TSLA) has returned well over 9,000% which has even outperformed the Nasdaq 100 3x (TQQQ) return of almost 6,700%. Many investors are now watching the spectacular short squeeze in Tesla’s shares and making comparisons to the historic Volkswagen (VW) squeeze in 2008 which briefly made VW the world’s biggest company.
At ETF PM, we issued a maximum position buy alert on Tesla earlier this year, following countless articles on the company since 2013. Also, see our recent ETF Battle: TQQQ vs. FNGU for a discussion on leading leveraged ETFs with exposure to Tesla.
ETF PM has long positions in TSLA, TQQQ, QQQ, and FNGU.
